Råda

Þorkell placed this stone in memory of Gunni, his son, who died in battle when kings fought each other.
There is a stone in Århus Museum, Jutland, Denmark, which has the following inscription : Gunnulfr and Eygautr and Aslakr and Hrolfr raised this stone in memory of Ful, their partner, who died when kings fought. Is this the same battle as the one mentioned on the Råda stone ? Maybe the men died in the famous sea battle of Svolder in 1000 AD, when the Swedes and the Danes joined forces, to kill the Norweigan king Olof Tryggvesson.....
