Halleberg
I don't know how many elks
there could be on the top of Halleberg, but I know that there used to
be elk-tours here, in one of those double-decker London buses, with elk-guarantee
! "Your money back if you don't see an elk".
I haven't seen an elk on most of my visits
here, though.... but I'm not one of those elk-tour-experts, who knows
when to come, and where to go....
In September people from this area bring apples, which the elks eat right from their hands ( if they stay in their cars ).... pretty tame for a wild animal.... And in October Halleberg becomes royal hunting-ground. The Swedish king brings his friends from the European upper-class to hunt for elk....
