Gunnarr and Bjôrn and Þorgrímr raised this stone in memory of Þorsteinn, their brother, who was dead in the east with Ingvarr, and made this bridge.
This rune stone is now standing in Terminal 2, at Arlanda airport. Like U 654 and several other rune stones, this one was raised in memory of a man who died "with Ingvarr".
And like several other photos of rune stones, I got this one from Ogneslav - thanks again, my friend !
