Guðbjôrn and ... had this stone raised in memory of Védjarfr, their father.
The upper part of the rune stone is lost. Is that a horsefight ? Check out this picture stone from Gotland. There are some other rune stones in this area which contain horses, like Sö 226 and Sö 239 for instance.
