These are just scribble that look a bit like runes. Perhaps somebody was practicing by watching somebody else carving, and then trying to do the same. The only reason that I could find out that it is N A314, is that it said in the exhibition that it was found in Gamlebyen in Oslo, and when I looked in Samnordisk Runtextdatabas, there was only one item that contained 12 "letters" that were impossible to identify....
Just six scribled signs, that resemble of runes.... Hopefully the carver managed to sober up and carve a real message on some other bone.
