There are two interpretations of the inscription, but I think the §Q is more likely....
You'll find it in Vang stavechurch, which is situated in.... Karpacz Górny in Poland ! Now its called Wang, to keep its old pronunciation. It was moved from its original place in Norway back in 1832. Read more about it here.
