According to Samnordisk Runtextdatabas, the runes mean ehwe = (Dedicated) to the horse.

This gold bracteate is at display at Museum Gustavianum in Uppsala. The centre of the bracteate is the same as for example G 85 U, G 89 U, G 143 U and G 251 U.
