Pray for Jakobr of Nikkarfr/Nickarve's soul. He died five days before Saint Lafranz' day, when F was the Sunday[-stave] and M the prime-stave in the fifteenth row.
The day Jacob died was the 5 augusti in 1553. This is a medieval runic inscription that was carved on the wall of Vänge church.
